Step-By-Step Instructions:
Here is how to double space your work using Apple Pages in two easy steps. Follow these two steps below to change your Apple Pages settings to double space.
Important note: if you have already started writing, you need to highlight all of your work before following these steps.
Step 1:
Locate the "formatting toolbar" on the right side of your Apple Pages window that looks similar to the picture below. Find the "spacing" button circled in the picture below. Click on it.
Step 2:
A drop-down box with options will appear as shown in the picture below. Choose "2.0 - Double" to change your settings to double space.
Your Apple Pages document has now been set to double space and your work will automatically be double spaced while you write.
Again, if you have already started writing, you will need to highlight everything you have written so far and then follow the steps above to change your work to double space in Apple Pages.
